This is a classic dry Touraine Sauvignon which ticks all of the boxes for a Sancerre-a-like without the, often hefty, price tag.  Like it's neighbour, Cheverny, you aren't paying a premium for a well known region.  Zingy acidity alongside nettle, grass, ripe grapefruit and gooseberry fruit.  Has a wonderfully clean, mouth watering finish and is the perfect partner to shellfish or just as a lone aperitif.
