This is a splendid new addition to our New Zealand portfolio, not only being an excellent wine, but also massively over delivering at the price point. A really inviting nose of green bell pepper, lime and ripe gooseberry with subtle tropical notes leads into a palate that really made Marlborough what it is today. It's a crisp racy style with fresh, mouth watering acidity, but the fruit is really fresh, ripe and clean without any of those confected notes that we've been coming across with some Marlborough Sauvignons. It's really quite delicious and, at this price, it should sell by the bucket load.
